Although it is clearly visible in the pictures below, we cannot help but mention that the largest embroidery frame that comes with the machine is a whopping 500 x 1200 mm. If this were to be the smallest size, we have larger models on our website.

Each BAI machine includes a computerized control panel that contains 20 million stitch storage space, you can upload and edit design settings and create custom lettering directly on the panel.
I'm a beginner, can I get some training?
In addition to our dealer being there for you whenever you need assistance, you will also receive a user manual. In addition to this, you will have access to training and maintenance videos in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. All of this is of course free of charge. We will also make sure that you have no worries from unpacking the machine, commissioning and right up until the machine is ready for use. If you need further assistance, the factory team is available for a video call with you. You will also have access to several facilities such as BAI's own YouTube channel, Live broadcaster, blog and Facebook groups.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
