Although it is clearly visible in the pictures below, we cannot help but mention that the largest embroidery frame that comes with the machine is a whopping 400 x 500 mm. If this were to be the smallest size, we have larger models on our website.

I'm a beginner, can I get some training?

In addition to our dealer being there for you whenever you need assistance, you will also receive a user manual. In addition to this, you will have access to training and maintenance videos in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. All of this is of course free of charge. We will also make sure that you have no worries from unpacking the machine, commissioning and right up until the machine is ready for use.
